We want you to love your Caden Lane items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most unwashed and unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
